AUTOCAR : It’s a damn good product too, it’s not without its flaws. Ergonomics, some missing equipment and NVH come to mind. Moreover, even though the lack of AWD could be forgiven. At a price of Rs 12.69 lakh to Rs 16.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Harrier significantly undercuts its chief rival the Jeep Compass, making the bigger, plusher and more spacious Tata quite a steal, and one we can confidently recommend.
Financial Express : Overall, the Tata Harrier is, without a doubt, the most premium Tata Vehicle ever, but it’s not without its share of flaws. The Gear shifts are notchy and the engine refinement could have been better.
All things considered, the Tata Harrier is Tata Motors’ first truly global vehicle and is something that any Indian around the world can truly be proud of.
Zigwheels : The depth and width of the Harrier’s talent pool will tempt many to look very closely at this SUV, especially when you consider that it is priced brilliantly – from Rs 12.69 lakh-Rs 16.25 lakh (ex-showroom)! So, the Harrier stands out, can tackle the crowded and desolate parts of India with ease, it pampers and shields, and comes with a price tag that makes it the all-rounder you had always hoped for.
Rushlane : It is clear that the Harrier is a driver’s car. Tata seem to have nearly nailed it on the head when it comes to driving dynamics and ride comfort.
Topgear : A properly international product from Tata, with solid underpinnings, out-there styling and loads of features.
